Richard Marx is Still Entertaining!!
His voice is still as good as ever. The fact that his concerts are acoustic makes you really appreciate his voice. He has been doing more and more small venues which I like because the concerts seem more personal. Since I've been to several of his concerts, I'm disappointed when other entertainers don't 'talk' to the audience. I grew up as a Classical - Messiah fan since high school. So often big name concerts are simply all lights, stage gimmicks, and overdone volume with a few words here and there between songs. I have sooo become spoiled by his concerts because he talks to the audience and tells stories behind the songs. He even interacts with the audience and pokes fun at himself. You will not be disappointed. It makes me want to go home and play all of his CDs. He is always well received where ever he plays in Michigan.
